6-8 men working together to build skills and understand patterns. Part of your integrated program—we'll determine the right timing for when to add group work alongside your individual therapy and community membership.
Group therapy addresses one of the biggest barriers men face: isolation. You discover you're not alone, learn from others' experiences, and gain insight into your own patterns through real-time group dynamics. Most men add group work after establishing their individual therapy foundation—we'll work together to determine when you're ready for this powerful component of your program.
Discover you're not alone. Other men face similar challenges and understand what you're going through.
Learn and practice skills in a safe environment before using them in your actual life.
Get feedback from multiple men, not just one therapist. Often the best insights come from peers.
General men's mental health skills curriculum covering communication, emotion regulation, stress management, and relationships. Structured 8-week program teaching practical tools while helping you understand why patterns exist. Each session builds on the last.
Ongoing, open-ended support and pattern work. This is where you see your unconscious patterns reflected in real-time interactions with other men. Deeper bonds form over time, providing both support and honest feedback that reveals blind spots. Focus on emotional processing and understanding relational dynamics.
During your free consultation, we'll discuss which group format fits your needs and determine the right timing to add group work to your integrated program. Most men start with individual therapy to build a foundation before adding group work.

All groups meet weekly for 60 minutes via secure video telehealth. Groups are facilitated by licensed therapists trained in group dynamics and male-specific mental health. Group size is kept small (6-8 men) to ensure everyone has space to participate.
While the vibe is conversational and supportive, sessions are structured. We're not just sitting around talking—each session has clear objectives, whether that's learning a specific skill or working through challenges the group brings.
What's shared in group stays in group. Period. This is established from day one and taken seriously. Men need to know they can be honest without worrying about their words getting back to partners, coworkers, or friends.
Group guidelines ensure everyone feels safe. No judgment, no cross-talk, no fixing each other's problems unless asked. The facilitator maintains these boundaries so the group stays productive and supportive.
You're never forced to share. Some guys talk more, others listen more. Both are valuable. Many men start quiet and open up as they see others being honest without judgment.
No. Sharing challenges is essential for understanding patterns, not just venting. The group helps you see what's really going on beneath surface complaints. Skills groups focus on learning tools; process groups focus on understanding dynamics. Both are structured and purposeful.
If you know someone, we'll discuss it upfront. Sometimes it's fine, sometimes we'll place you in a different group. The goal is making sure everyone feels comfortable being fully honest.
