$0-30 per session
Your copay or coinsurance depends on your specific insurance plan. Many clients with good insurance coverage pay little to nothing out of pocket.
We bill your insurance directly. No paperwork, no reimbursement hassles.
$200 per session
For clients without insurance or who prefer not to use insurance for privacy reasons.
Important Note:
We do not accept MassHealth plans at this time. If you have MassHealth, the self-pay rate of $200 per session would apply.
As an in-network provider, we bill your insurance directly for covered services. This means you only pay your copay or coinsurance at the time of service.
Accepted Insurance Providers:
Before your first session, we recommend calling your insurance company to verify your mental health benefits, copay amount, and whether any authorization is required.
A fixed amount you pay per session (e.g., $20 per session). Your insurance covers the rest.
A percentage of the session cost you pay (e.g., 20% of the contracted rate). Your insurance covers the remaining percentage.
Some plans require you to pay a certain amount out-of-pocket before insurance starts covering services. Once you meet your deductible, your copay or coinsurance applies.

Under federal law, you have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" of expected charges for therapy services. We'll provide this before or at your first session. If you have questions about your bill, you have the right to dispute it.
Call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask about your "outpatient mental health benefits." Ask about your copay or coinsurance amount, whether you have a deductible, if there are session limits, and if prior authorization is required. We're happy to help you understand your benefits during your consultation.
We do not currently accept MassHealth plans. If you have MassHealth, you would need to use our self-pay option at $200 per session, or we can help you find a provider who accepts MassHealth.
If your insurance provider isn't listed as one we're in-network with, you can still see us using the self-pay rate of $200 per session. Some insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that may reimburse a portion of the cost - contact your insurance company to ask about out-of-network mental health benefits.
We have limited sliding scale spots available for clients experiencing financial hardship. If cost is a barrier, mention it during your consultation—we'll discuss options.
