Join Our Team

Help build a practice where men actually want to seek help—and get the support they need to thrive.

Why Work With Us?

We're building something different—a mental health practice specifically designed around how men actually experience and address mental health challenges. If you're passionate about making therapy more accessible and effective for male clients, this might be your next move.

Mission-Driven Work

Address a critical gap in mental healthcare. Men account for 78-80% of suicides but are far less likely to seek help. Your work here directly saves lives.

Specialized Focus

Develop deep expertise in male-specific mental health presentations, from masculine depression to fatherhood challenges to veteran reintegration.

Professional Growth

Access ongoing training in evidence-based approaches for male clients, consultation with experienced clinicians, and opportunities to shape our practice.

Clinical Excellence

Work within a framework that combines male-specific assessment tools, behavioral activation, and trauma-informed care—not generic approaches.

What We Look For

  • Licensed mental health professional (LMHC, LCSW, psychologist) in Massachusetts
  • Interest or experience in working with male clients and understanding male-specific mental health presentations
  • Evidence-based orientation with training in CBT, behavioral activation, or trauma-focused modalities
  • Action-oriented approach that respects masculine strengths while creating space for vulnerability
  • Commitment to reducing barriers to help-seeking for men who haven't found traditional therapy effective

Current Opportunities

We're a growing practice actively looking to expand our team of licensed therapists who understand men's mental health. While we don't have specific open positions posted at this moment, we're always interested in connecting with qualified clinicians who share our mission.

Future Roles May Include:

  • Individual therapist positions (W-2 or 1099)
  • Men's group facilitators
  • Specialized clinicians for veteran/first responder populations
  • Teletherapy providers for rural/underserved areas
