Forge Forward provides mental health services including:
Our services are available to adults (18 years and older) residing in Massachusetts. By using our services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Appointments are scheduled based on therapist availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred times.
We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to the full session fee.
We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Harvard Pilgrim, Tufts Health Plan, and Cigna. We bill your insurance directly and you pay your copay or coinsurance at the time of service. We do not currently accept MassHealth plans. Your co-pay or out-of-pocket cost will depend on your specific plan. We will verify your benefits before your first session.
Self-pay clients are charged $200 per session. Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made.
